As a Graduate Consultant at Altis, you bring curiosity, enthusiasm, and a passion for learning as you begin your journey in Data and Analytics. You’re developing your technical capabilities and learning how to translate business needs into practical, meaningful solutions. You collaborate closely with colleagues and stakeholders, communicate with clarity, and contribute to building trusted relationships. With growing exposure to a variety of Data and Analytics technologies, you’re building a solid foundation in design and implementation whilst supporting the delivery of high-quality solutions that create real value for our clients.
How You'll Make an Impact:

• Work under general direction and effectively manage your time and schedules according to deadlines  

• Assist in developing and implementing data pipelines and data stores. 

• Actively contribute to project delivery  

• Gathering user/business requirements 

• Data modelling/database design  

• Work under general direction to develop; Reports, dashboards & data visualisations and insights  

• Analysing data from multiple and varied sources  

• Planning and execution of unit and system testing 

• Support of UAT 

• Post production support  
  

The Knowledge You Bring:

• Demonstratable experience with contemporary programming languages/tools 

• Demonstrable experience in structured data analysis 
• Tertiary qualification in an IT-related subject, or relevant work experience
