GM of Product

The role / impact

You will take on a highly strategic and visible leadership position as the end-to-end product leader for a new exciting business line and global product. This role is a unique blend of big-picture strategy and hands-on execution, where you will act as a player-coach to shape the vision, validate customer needs, and drive delivery at pace for a top strategic priority.

Your work will directly extend our impact to larger, more complex businesses, helping to build a stronger economy by automating tasks and surfacing actionable insights. By leading critical areas of customer discovery and solution design, you will personally drive initiatives that unlock growth and differentiation for a new customer segment.

The team / how they connect

You will lead and scale a high-performing product team, fostering a culture that deeply values both strategic thinking and strong execution. This role requires driving alignment across a complex, matrixed organisation, working closely with engineering, design, sales, marketing, and partnerships to achieve shared goals.

Initially, you will focus on

• Defining and owning the product vision, strategy, and roadmap from discovery through to iteration.

• Partnering with go-to-market functions to shape and test pricing, packaging, and commercial success metrics.

• Coaching and developing a team of Product Managers while staying hands-on with priority product requirements and trade-offs.

• Leveraging latest technologies and trends, including AI, to ensure products are scalable and meet complex customer needs.

Here are some of the things we are looking for

• You bring a wealth of product management experience, including time spent in senior leadership and operating in high-ambiguity environments.

• A proven ability to balance strategic leadership with rolling up your sleeves to solve hard problems alongside your team is essential.

• You have a track record of setting and delivering product strategy for complex, customer-facing products with strong commercial outcomes.

• Exceptional communication skills allow you to lead through influence and engage credibly with executives and stakeholders.

• You possess a grit-led mindset and a relentless drive to deliver impact in highly complex environments.

• Experience building SaaS products for SMBs or Enterprise or leading 0-1 transformational initiatives would be a significant advantage.
