A Glimpse into Your New Role 

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Global P&C Lead to provide hands on Talent and P&C support to the Australian business while shaping and executing global P&C initiatives. This role will partner with senior leaders, drive employee engagement and ensure HR operational excellence in Australia, while leading global projects focused on organisational culture, talent strategy, and workforce transformation 

 

People & Culture Leadership 

  • Act as a trusted P&C advisor to senior leadership, ensuring HR strategies align with business objectives and workforce needs. 

  • Ensure compliance with Fair Work Act, WHS, modern awards, and other Australian employment regulations. 

  • Engage actively in leadership discussions and the formulation of P&C strategies, fostering alignment and forward-thinking solutions. 

  • Partner with managers on change management, organisational design, employee relations and talent management to optimise business outcomes. 

 

Global P&C Project Leadership 

  • Lead global P&C projects focused on talent strategy, leadership development, organisational effectiveness, process optimization and employee experience. 

  • Collaborate with global HR teams to drive talent strategies, employer branding, and culture initiatives. 

  • Support global digital transformation projects, including uplift of existing systems and the adoption of new technologies that pertain to P&C initiatives  

  • Shape Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) initiatives to support a global, inclusive workplace. 

  • Oversee global change management strategies that drive organizational transformation ensuring effective communication and stakeholder alignment. 

Talent Strategy & Leadership Development 

  • Lead and enhance existing Talent Acquisition processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness, developing and implementing global talent strategies to attract, source, and retain top talent using a range of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Indeed, etc.) to build a compelling employer brand. 

  • Collaborate with global Talent and Leadership teams to align talent acquisition efforts with business goals. 

  • Collaborating with Account Management to deliver client presentations and strategic talent solutions, ensuring SLAs are met while maintaining client confidence and engagement. 

HR Data, Analytics & Compliance 

  • Leverage HR analytics to inform decision-making, identify key trends and measure the success of P&C initiatives. 

  • Ensure compliance with multi-jurisdictional employment laws and global HR standards. 

  • Develop, refine and implement P&C policies that support both local and global business needs. 

 

What You’ll Bring? 

  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. 

  • Minimum 8+ years of HRBP or P&C leadership experience, with global exposure. 

  • Demonstrated leadership in talent management functions, with a deep understanding of the end-to-end talent lifecycle, including recruitment, development, retention, and performance management. 

  • High level of applied knowledge in Australian employment law. 

  • Proven ability to lead HR teams and execute global projects. 

  • Experience with ATS, HRIS, and digital transformation initiatives. (experience with Workday preferable) 

  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders. 

  • Expertise in change management, cultural transformation, and leadership development.
