The Global Operations Specialist will manage user operations focusing on retention and activity, oversee daily operations of overseas social media platforms, plan and execute online activities, analyze operational data, and support team collaboration.

岗位职责
- 负责�司产品的用户运营，�括留存促活，以用户为中心。通过生命周期管理，提出有效方案并推动落地，对运营指标负责；
- 负责�司海外社交媒体（Twitter、Facebook、Instagram等）的日常运营及活动策划。并通过不断优化输出优质�容，促进转化以及扩大品牌影响力；
- 根据�司不同的产品需求、行业热点，针对性策划并执行线上活动。追踪活动效果，对活动最终效果负责；
- 记录并分析日常运营数据，通过数据总结用户行为习惯，优化运营手段；
- �他团队协作和领导交办工作。
任职资格
- �日制统招本科以上学历，英语专业四级或���以上，英语可作为工作语言；
- 沟通协调能力强，能组织策划活动，�有很强的执行力；
- 对热点话题敏感，能及时结合热点话题作出反应；
- 主动性、执行力强；思维活跃，积极乐观，工作细心，责任心强，�有较强的团队合作精神。
