As a Business Analyst within the Commercial Card Claims Team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our Commercial Cardholders. You will be responsible for providing operations support to our Leadership Team by addressing business data and reporting needs. This role offers the opportunity to engage in independent decision-making, support reporting needs from data management to data visualization, and interact professionally with internal partners to build strong relationships.

Position Summary
- Our Commercial Card Claims Team is integral in our goal of delivering the best service to our Commercial Cardholders. A Commercial Card Claims Business Analyst is responsible in providing operations support to our Leadership Team with business data and reporting needs.
- The Commercial Card Claims Business Analyst is a Specialized role has more advanced level of accountability and responsibility for supporting the team and department to ensure proper reporting, monitoring, escalation resolution and continuous improvement if the business.
- Candidate must have demonstrated experience with independent rule and situation based decision making. Candidate must be self-motivated, goal-oriented and familiar with working in a scorecard based environment where Specialist success is directly correlated with the ability to meet production and quality goals. We are seeking experienced individuals who possess the ability to support reporting needs from data management to data visualization. In addition, we're looking for talented resources to add to our team who demonstrate strong communication skills (verbal and in writing) and are able to professionally interact with internal partners by conveying a sense of ownership and a commitment to building relationships.
Job Responsibilities:
- Acting as single point of contact for any reporting needs
- Designs, collates, and publishes dashboards and reports as needed Maintaining various set of reports as needed.
- Maintain effective and standard operational processes
- Improving and maintaining a controlled environment (e.g. necessary control activities along with process flow implemented, appropriate control tools in place, team members fully understand risks and related controls)
- Maintain a good relationship with internal clients by anticipating needs, take feedback, run and conduct conference call
- Monitor and actively prioritize workloads for both chargeback and specialty manual processes
- Take responsibility for the quality of work submitted and ensure that the highest standards are maintained.
- Identify/ manage risk and control breakdowns.
- Ensure deal deliverables are met and hold owners accountable by managing implementation issues, escalations and error resolution
- Demonstrate creative problem solving and solid judgment/decision making and maintains Diligent awareness of risks in our processes in a timely manner
- Liaise with other departments on projects as assigned and/or workflow processes that exist between groups, to ensure Commercial Card Claims is represented and to maintain procedural flow that functions homogeneously for all groups.

- Knowledge and extensive experience of computer software systems related to Data Entry, Management, Wrangling, and Visualization ( Miscrost Excel, Database, SharePoint Powerpoint, Alteryx, Tableau).
- Critical thinking, problem solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to influence employee morale.
- Must be able to multi-task and be self-directed.
- In lieu of degree, may have relevant work experience, preferably servicing customers. Typically will have three years or more of data analytics experience
- Ability to provide professional and interpersonal communication when interacting with others
Required qualifications, skills and capabilities:
- Minimum of 3 years of data management experience (Miscrost Excel, Database, SharePoint Powerpoint, Alteryx, Tableau). Must be an expert level when it comes to data management and visualization.
Preferred qualifications, skills and capabilities:
- Experience with Card Operations is preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of payment processing industry, Visa/MasterCard operating rules and regulations pertaining to Disputes and Fraud preferred
- Must be flexible to move schedule as business needs
Schedule:
- Work Schedule: WHEM Shift (8:00 PM - 6:00 AM MNL Time Operating Hours; Monday-Friday); Work during US/PH Holidays.
