JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Global Digital Acquisition & Onboarding Manager is responsible for acquiring new clients through digital campaigns and guiding their growth during the initial months of engagement. This includes ensuring smooth onboarding experience and early-stage performance before transitioning clients to frontline teams for long-term management. The role combines strategic campaign design, operational execution, and team leadership to maximize client conversion, satisfaction, and lifetime value.
Accountabilites:
Constantly improve current digital campaigns, together with Customer Automation & Experience, and launch new ones to improve our lead & booking conversion
- Design, launch, and continuously optimize digital acquisition and onboarding campaigns in collaboration with the Customer Automation & Experience team.
- Leverage data and insights to improve lead quality, conversion rates, and performance.
Lead & coach an efficient team of sales executives able to influence & convince new clients to make their first bookings with us & generate growth in the first months of life
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales executives to drive early-stage client engagement and growth.
- Set clear KPIs, provide regular feedback, and foster a high-performance culture.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Coordinate with Directors, Managers and ther teams to align market pipelines and feed campaigns with high-potential leads.
- Work closely with CX&A, Commercial and Marketing to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
Review weekly and monthly performance trends towards the target & conversion rates
- Track and analyze weekly/monthly performance metrics using tools like Tableau and Salesforce.
- Provide visibility to senior management and frontline teams, and implement mitigation plans when targets are at risk.
Position Requirements
Skills:
- Strong leadership and team development capabilities
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in Tableau, Salesforce, and performance dashboards
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Creative, proactive, and results-driven approach
- Structured problem-solving and project management abilities
- Deep understanding of client needs and experience in client management
- Fluent in English (Spanish or additional languages are a plus)
Experience
- 3–5 years in operational or commercial roles (preferably in Travel Tech or Hospitality)
- Experience managing teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Tourism, or related field
