What the role is all about 

The General Manager role at CampaignAgent is pivotal in driving the company's strategic direction, growth, and transformation in the competitive PropTech landscape. As the leader of the organisation, you will be responsible for setting and executing the company's vision, building and developing high-performing teams, and ensuring sustainable growth and profitability. 

  

The role encompasses managing and overseeing all facets of the unsecured credit lifecycle, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and fostering growth through innovative product offerings and customer-focused strategies.  

  

You will also serve as a Responsible Manager under our Australian Credit Licence (ACL), ensuring that our business operations adhere to all regulatory and compliance obligations. 

  • Define and execute CampaignAgent's strategic vision and growth plans 

  • Lead the development and implementation of strategic initiatives to expand market share and enter new markets 

  • Lead the creation and enhancement of innovative unsecured credit products that align with market needs 

  • Oversee all company operations, ensuring efficient resource allocation and operational effectiveness 

  • Oversee and monitor the credit activities of CampaignAgent and its representatives to ensure compliance with the NCCP Act 

  • Ensure the development and execution of effective collections strategies that maximise debt recovery while maintaining customer relationships in alignment with regulatory obligations and best practices 

  • Ensure the implementation and maintenance of robust governance, risk management and compliance frameworks CampaignAgent’s obligations under its Australian Credit License (ACL) and AML/CTF program as well as other key obligations such as Privacy 

 

Who we’re looking for 

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in finance, or a post-graduate Certificate IV in Finance 

  • Experience in the unsecured or secured credit sector, with a strong record in product development or portfolio management 

  • Proven leadership experience in a financial services context, managing multiple functional areas 

  • Comprehensive understanding of the NCCP Act, ASIC guidelines, and AML regulations and compliance framework within the financial services industry 

  • Experience managing the full lifecycle of unsecured credit products, with a commitment to regulatory compliance and customer-centric innovation 

  • Strong understanding of the real estate industry and its technological transformation 

  • Strong knowledge of credit risk assessment, capital management principles and collections strategies
