GENERAL APPLICATION FOR TECHNICAL POSITIONS

Leads the technical direction, architecture, and delivery of developer-facing desktop, web, and MCP surfaces for Pfizer’s internal developer platform. Provides hands-on software engineering leadership, ensures secure and privacy-first designs, guides cross-team delivery, mentors engineers, oversees code quality and DevOps practices, and leads incident response and continuous improvement. The role influences teams without direct reports and requires expertise across frontend, desktop, backend, developer tooling, enterprise software delivery, and technical architecture.

Leads medical writing and document quality-control projects in a pharmaceutical or biotech environment. Develops document strategies, verifies accuracy against clinical and regulatory source materials, ensures submission readiness, leads author teams, reviews complex documents, mentors colleagues, and supports training on quality standards and processes.

Supports game asset production by maintaining schedules, task lists, milestones, dependencies, reviews, approvals, and delivery tracking. Coordinates priorities and communication across creative, technical, QA, and development teams; identifies blockers and risks; maintains Jira or similar tools; supports asset pipelines, retrospectives, and process improvements. The role requires strong organization, follow-through, and experience in game production or related coordination.
