Job Description Role Summary
Lead and manage Kraft Heinz's Global Capability Centre (GCC) in Ahmedabad, delivering world-class global business services across functions such as finance, procurement, analytics, commercial, supply chain, and HR. Oversee P&L;, drive efficiency, spearhead innovation, scale operations, and position the centre as a trusted strategic partner globally.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & P&L; Ownership Define and execute GCC strategy aligned with global objectives; manage full P&L; including budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization.
Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement (CI) Implement CI frameworks and GBS routines (OKRs, KPIs, dashboards); embed continuous improvement and leverage automation and GenAI.
Leadership & Talent Development Build a high-performing leadership team; act as a coach and mentor; foster a Great Place to Work culture with strong engagement and capability development.
Stakeholder Management & Governance Partner with global senior stakeholders to ensure alignment, SLA adherence, and delivery of performance commitments.
Transformation & Innovation Scale multi-functional operations to 1000+ headcount; lead digital-first initiatives and continuous improvement programs; manage ambiguity and drive solution-oriented decisions.
Experience & Qualifications Education: Bachelor's/master's in business, Engineering, Finance, or related field. Experience: • 18-22+ years in GCC/GBS/shared services leadership with proven P&L; accountability. • Expertise in scaling multi-functional operations and leading large teams (1000+ headcount). •
Strong track record in operational excellence frameworks and digital transformation (automation, analytics, GenAI). • Exceptional stakeholder management and financial acumen. • Ability to balance strategic leadership with hands-on delivery.
