We are seeking a highly skilled Functional Analyst - Venues with a strong technical background to lead the design and implementation of innovative technology solutions. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements, design scalable solutions, and ensure seamless integration with existing systems. Your expertise will be pivotal in translating complex business needs into technical specifications, driving efficiency and effectiveness across our technology platforms.

Here is a taster of what you can expect in this role

• Lead the end-to-end solution design process, translating business requirements into technical specifications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze functional and non-functional requirements.
• Design and document system architectures, data models, and integration strategies.
• Work closely with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of solutions.
• Conduct system testing, validation, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business needs.
• Provide technical guidance and support to end-users and internal teams.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to inform solution design.

To be successful in this role, you'll need the following experience and requirements;

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a Functional Analyst or similar role with a focus on solution design.
• Proficiency in system architecture design, data modeling, and integration techniques.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
