Here’s how you will make a difference in this role…As a Frontend Developer you will help deliver fast, accessible and modern digital experiences across our enterprise websites and customer-facing platforms. You’ll play a key role in building reusable components, ensuring our web experiences meet accessibility standards, and supporting future‑focused edge‑delivery models such as AEM Edge Delivery Services.

Your key responsibilities in this role will include:
- Developing responsive, accessible and high‑quality front-end interfaces.
- Building components using HTML5, CSS3/SASS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks such as React, Next.js or Vue.js.
- Ensuring all digital experiences meet WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards.
- Optimising performance with a strong focus on Core Web Vitals.
- Working within Git-based workflows, including branching, code reviews and CI/CD processes.
- Contributing to reusable design standards and component governance.
- Collaborating across UX, content, SEO, backend and platform teams.
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and digital transformation programs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of professional frontend development experience in enterprise environments.
- Strong proficiency in semantic HTML5, modern CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with modern frameworks such as React, Next.js or Vue.js.
- Demonstrated knowledge of WCAG 2.1 AA and accessibility‑first development.
- Experience working with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
- Preferred: 1–2 years’ experience with AEM Sites or AEM Edge Delivery Services (EDS).
- Highly desirable: Accessibility certifications such as CPACC, WAS, or similar.
- Strong attention to detail, performance‑focused mindset, and effective collaboration skills.
