About the Role: We are seeking a talented and motivated Full-Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with modern web development technologies, including JavaScript, Next.js, React.js, Node.js, and MySQL. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining web applications, ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front end, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to define and implement new features.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop, test, and maintain web applications using Next.js, React.js, and Node.js
- Work with MySQL to design, optimize, and maintain database schemas.
- Write, clean, scalable, and well-documented code following industry best practices
- Implement unit tests using Jest and React Testing Library to ensure application reliability.
- Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other stakeholders to build user-friendly applications.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications.
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies and best practices in full-stack development.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 2+ years of professional experience in full-stack development.
- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and strong understanding of modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with Next.js and react.js for building modern web applications.
- Strong backend development skills with Node.js and experience with MySQL databases.
- Proficiency in writing unit tests using Jest and React Testing Library.
- Understanding of web technologies including HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with cloud services (AWS).
- Knowledge of RESTful APIs and GraphQL
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with DevOps practices and containerization (Docker).
