Our software is programmed using Python and Typescript, however, we're open to engineers who have worked in other, similar languages. We know that competent engineers can learn our stack, regardless of their familiarity with those languages. Likewise, although the role is ’full stack’ we're still keen to chat if you've built up experience in the back end and don’t know much Javascript or vice versa. This could be a great opportunity to learn two of the fastest growing languages in the industry.

What you'll do:
- Dive straight into hands-on coding, building and shipping new features, fixing bugs, and shaping the product experience used by millions of customers every day.
- Work alongside highly skilled engineers in a fast-moving, collaborative environment, learning from each other while making an impact from day one.
- Tackle complex, scalable technical challenges, designing systems that can handle high volumes and evolve as we grow.
- Break down big problems into small, valuable deliverables and see your work live in production quickly.
- Work with a mature AWS infrastructure and modern tools, gaining exposure to real-world, high-scale systems.
- Collaborate across teams to execute on technical and business strategies, creating experiences that make a real difference for our customers.
- Be part of the full development cycle—from design and coding to testing, experimentation, analysis, and launch—while influencing product direction with your feedback.
- Continuously learn, experiment, and grow, with opportunities to take ownership and make meaningful impact.
What you'll need:
- We’re looking for experience with web technologies like React, TypeScript, and JavaScript. Experience with Python and Django is a plus but not required, as long as you’re comfortable working on both the front end and back end and are willing to learn, that’s all that matters.
- Familiarity with AWS Cloud is a bonus.
- You’ll write high-performance, reusable code for UI components, including thorough testing.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills are important, helping you build effective relationships across teams.
- You take ownership of your work, see things through to completion, monitor them after launch, and proactively address any issues or bugs.
- You’ll thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where agility and adaptability are key.
