ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for a Full Stack Web Developer to join our IT team where you’ll play a key role in designing, building and maintaining high‑quality website solutions that power our digital and business platforms. Working as part of a cross‑functional delivery team, you’ll contribute to scalable, secure and reliable web applications that enhance customer experience, operational efficiency and business outcomes.
In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Designers and Engineers to translate requirements into effective technical solutions. You’ll be hands‑on across the full software development lifecycle - from analysis and build through to testing, deployment and support. You will also support the integration of systems and services across internal platforms and third‑party vendors.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering
- Strong experience in modern development practices across backend, frontend or full‑stack development within a medium to large‑scale technology environment
- Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React & Typescript
- Previous experience working with Shopify App Development / CLI will be advantageous
- Ability to work collaboratively within cross‑functional teams and communicate technical concepts clearly to non‑technical stakeholders
- High attention to detail, with a focus on quality, reliability and continuous improvement
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and creative environment
- Attention to detail and self-motivated
- Experience with or open to AI assisted coding
- Familiarity with web accessibility compliance
