Key Responsibilities:Build and Maintain: Develop clean, maintainable, and high-quality frontend code, ensuring it can be easily understood and extended by other team members.
Collaborate: Communicate clearly both technically and creatively to ensure the best solutions are built and problems are solved effectively.
Attention to Detail: Take pride in delivering products with high attention to detail, ensuring excellent quality in the final product.
Manage Progress: Track and communicate progress within the project team, keeping the Project/Product Manager informed on milestones and deadlines.
Code Releases: Manage code releases to internal environments, including development and testing environments.
Skill Growth: Continuously develop your skills to become an expert in as many aspects of frontend development as possible.
Knowledge Sharing: Contribute to the team by sharing your ideas, techniques, and learnings, while also learning from others in a collaborative environment.
Expert knowledge of:
HTML and CSS
Browser and device testing (including debugging)
Responsive web builds
Competency with:
SASS development and Vanilla JavaScript
Gulp workflow setup and usage
GIT for code management
JSON data structures
JIRA for task and ticket management
Documenting frontend solutions and code
Using APIs to GET and POST data
Integrating with third-party libraries/applications (e.g., video providers)
Understanding of:
NPM and Bower dependency management
ES6 and modern JavaScript features
Web performance and accessibility
SEO techniques and best practices
Web accessibility standards
Experience with additional frontend frameworks or libraries (React, Vue, etc.)
Knowledge of advanced CSS techniques, such as CSS Grid and Flexbox
Familiarity with version control and GitFlow
Languages & Frameworks: HTML, CSS, JavaScript (Vanilla, ES6), React
Tools & Libraries: SASS, Gulp, NPM, Bower, GIT
