ACCOUNT DIRECTOR WANTED 

We’re looking for a top-notch Account Director to join our Melbourne team on a freelance contract. Whether you’re a standout Senior Account Manager ready for the next step or an established Account Director looking for a fresh challenge, this is an opportunity to take ownership of a high-profile account and do career-defining work. Partnering with an experienced Director of Account Management and a collaborative, integrated agency team, you’ll build trusted client relationships, shape strategic direction, and drive exceptional outcomes. 

About You:  

You’re an expert and positive communicator with 3 to 5+ years’ experience in an integrated or digital agency environment and a genuine enthusiasm for working on an iconic retail brand. You know great brands are built on sharp thinking, strong relationships, and work that goes beyond “that’ll do.” Confident, curious, and ambitious, you’re always looking for ways to push for better outcomes, stronger ideas, and greater impact.

The Role 

As an Account Director, you will: 

  • Take ownership of integrated campaigns and projects from conception to completion, managing timings, briefings, budgets and campaign roll-out.
  • Have a 'can-do' attitude and enjoy sinking your teeth into any new challenge, and pride yourself on high-quality output.  
  • Build and nurture healthy client relationships.  
  • Report to the Director of Account Management and work collaboratively with the wider agency.
  • Be supported by senior management to thrive in an environment that's all about passion, work/life balance and recognition for a job well done.
