Position Overview
We have an exciting 12-month contract opportunity to be part of our Claremont Manufacturing Site team as Focus Improvement Specialist where you play a key role in supporting the operational improvement across the Plant, with a focus on ILS6 systems and methodology. You will support the development of specific IL6S Pillar systems across AM ,E&T and FI, building relevant training plans and material as well as executing health checks and system audits. This will be in line with the site IL6S phase progression and support the Claremont CBN and vision.

How you will contribute
You will:
- Partner with the IL6S Manager to identify key Pillar systems needing support on deployment and collaborate with Pillar leads, Site management and operations teams to implement programs.
- Champion the understanding and use of key IL6S tools across AM, E&T and FI Pillars that support an effective daily operation and train key Operation team members as required.
- In conjunction with Area Leads, ensure the right culture to drive the IL6S mentality is in place. Advise and assist the Operations team to enable an engaged and capable site through developing the right skills for IL6S systems.
- Share and promote accomplishments from the departments, acting as a positive ambassador to share best practice learnings/behaviours across departments.
- Support on conducting IL6S system audits and health checks across departments and work with Area leads to close any system gaps.
- Develop, manage and monitor the deployment timeline for key pillar systems, track progress and escalate when applicable
