What You Will Get To Do:

We’re looking for a commercially minded and analytical FP&A Manager to join our Finance team. In this role, you’ll support key business decisions through budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, and performance analysis. You’ll bring strong financial expertise and critical thinking to deliver strategic insights that drive growth, improve profitability, and support long-term planning across the organisation.

  • Support annual budgeting and regular forecasting processes for the Group.

  • Build and maintain robust financial models to guide strategic planning and decision-making.

  • Develop and refine pricing models to support commercial objectives.

  • Prepare monthly management reports with clear variance analysis and insights into key business drivers.

  • Partner with the Head of FP&A to ensure financial strategies align with business goals.

  • Conduct scenario and sensitivity analyses to evaluate potential business outcomes.

  • Assess financial viability of new projects, investments, and growth opportunities.

  • Contribute to continuous improvements in planning, reporting, and forecasting processes.

  • Identify and support automation initiatives to enhance efficiency in financial systems and workflows.

What You Will Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; CA/CPA qualification preferred.

  • 5+ years of experience in financial planning & analysis, corporate finance, or a similar role.

  • Advanced skills in financial modelling, Excel, and data analysis.

  • Experience with financial planning systems such as Adaptive Planning or Hyperion is an advantage.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.

  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across teams.
