Your Role

As our Financial Planning Analyst, you'll play a pivotal role in bridging financial data with business strategy. Collaborating closely with business managers and the Teamhead Financial Planning, you will:

  • Drive financial forecasting, planning, and budgeting across Retail and Wholesale channels.
  • Deliver insightful analyses to optimize business performance and meet strategic goals.
  • Lead process improvement initiatives to build a best-in-class FP&A function.
  • Foster relationships across the business to become a trusted advisor.

KPIs for Success

  • Timeliness, accuracy, and relevance of financial reporting.
  • Integrity of budgets and forecasts.
  • Delivery of actionable insights and value-added support to business leaders.
  • Implementation of process improvements to enhance the FP&A function.

YOUR TALENTWhat We’re Looking For

  • Experience: 5+ years in FP&A, Management Accounting, or Business Partnering.
  • Qualifications: Tertiary degree in finance/accounting/business with CA/CPA certification.
  • Skills: Advanced Excel, financial modeling, and knowledge of tools like SAP, Hyperion, or BI tools (Power BI is a plus!).
  • Industry Insight: Experience in Retail or FMCG is highly valued.
  • Soft Skills: Superior communication, analytical abilities, and a collaborative, proactive attitude.
