Position:

This role will suit a seasoned Finance/Procurement Administrator who is very hands on and wanting to become a vital member of the Plant and Equipment team. This role will see you take charge of looking for improvements to assist with the volume of work and the level of service being delivered. It is essential you have strong communication and a solid understanding of the finance space as will be providing general support to key stakeholders.
Key responsibilities:

  • Create purchase orders
  • Process invoices and obtain approvals where appropriate
  • Setting up subcontractors
  • Maintain the filling system for all accounts payable transactions
  • General administration for the finance team

Required Skills and Competencies

  • Minimum 2 years in a similar role
  • Demonstrated experience in a finance or procurement team
  • Exposure to SAO and SAP high desirable but not essential
  • Intermediate Excel skills
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in fast paced environment.
