Job Summary:
オンラインデーティングアプリ「Pairs」の成長を支える「Finance Business Intelligence Analyst」を募集します。
エウレカには、様々な意思決定の場で、データを重視して、ビジネス判断を行う風土があります。今回募集を行うポジションは、BI （Business Intelligence）Teamに所属し、ビジネス判断を行うためのデータ利活用の領域を広げ、分析のスピード・質を向上させるという大きなミッションに取り組んでいただきます。具体的には、本ポジションは、Finance Teamと密にコミュニケーションを取り、Forecast Modelの構築・運用、 Risk & Opportunity Analysisを通じて、Pairsの意思決定の推進をご担当頂きます。また、Match Groupと連携してGroup全体で共通のFinancial Data基盤の実装もご担当頂きます。
今時点のEngineering Skillは不問です。業務で必要になるSkillはOJTを通してチームがサポートします。Self GrowthのBenefitとしてUdemyで学習も可能です。Data Analyst未経験にも関わらず学習を通じて活躍した実績もあります。
このポジションは次のような経験をご提供できます：
- Pairs全体戦略の意思決定へDataを通じて影響を与える経験（年間Roadmap、Region進出、大型Marketing CPの是非等）
- SQL・Git・Python・dbtなどのEngineering Skillを習得し活用する経験
- Data基盤を実装・保守・運用する経験
- Match Groupと連携し、開発・分析をする経験

What You’ll Do:
- Finance Teamと連携しForecast Modelの構築・運用
- Risk & Opportunity Analysisを通じた、戦略への提言
- Product / Marketing Initiativeの設計・分析・効果検証（A/B Testing, Causal Inference)
- Match Groupと連携しFinancial Databaseの実装・運用
Basic Qualifications:
- Financial Planning and Analysisの経験
- データ分析で意思決定に影響を与えた経験
- 複雑な問題解決に対する熱意
- チーム横断でのプロジェクト推進経験
- ビジネスレベルの日本語能力と英語能力
- Engineering Skill(SQL, data pipeline) に対する向上心。今のSkill Levelは不問
Preferred Qualifications:
- SQLによるデータ分析の経験
- redash / TableauなどのBIツールでダッシュボード実装の経験
- A/B Test、統計学の経験・知識
- ディレクター・エグゼクティブメンバーとの業務経験
