About the Role
We're seeking a skilled Financial Analyst to join our Asset Management ANZ team in Melbourne on a fixed-term contract until December 2025. This key position will manage the finance function for multiple businesses within our AM ANZ operating segment, including Interleasing Australia and Just Honk Used Cars.
What You'll Do

Lead financial and management reporting for multiple business units

Drive budget, forecasting, and planning processes

Manage monthly financial close processes and balance sheet reconciliations

Develop and maintain insightful business metrics and dashboards

Partner with operational and sales teams to align business strategy with financial outcomes

Lead process improvement initiatives and system enhancements

Contribute to business transformation projects

Work closely with the Group Executive for AM ANZ and other key stakeholders
What You'll Need
- CA/CPA qualification with 5-10 years of relevant experience
- Strong technical accounting and financial analysis skills
- Proven ability to engage and influence at senior levels
- Excellence in problem-solving and attention to detail
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder management capabilities
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams
- Superior Excel skills
- Fleet management/asset financing industry experience (advantageous)
