What You Will Get To Do:           

SS&C is searching for a proactive Field Services Engineer to support technical operations and infrastructure delivery at our Parramatta site. You’ll work closely with senior team members to maintain desktop systems, AV/VC setups, and assist with inventory and end-user support.

  • Provide hands-on technical support for desktops, laptops, and network-connected devices
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot end-user equipment, video conferencing systems, and basic network issues
  • Maintain user access, data integrity, and system security protocols
  • Communicate technical information clearly to both technical and nontechnical users
  • Assist with hardware/software upgrades and asset lifecycle tasks
  • Participate in IT infrastructure projects and team initiatives
  • Support training efforts for basic applications and tools
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and deliver service excellence
  • Help manage inventory and AV/VC equipment for the Parramatta site

What You Will Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years, or High School with 4+ years of related experience
  • Solid foundation in desktop support and infrastructure troubleshooting
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Willingness to learn and grow within a dynamic IT environment
  • Ability to follow procedures and contribute to process improvement
