The Role

Are you a driven, energetic marketing professional with a passion for building brand presence, driving pipeline growth, and strengthening partner ecosystems? BeyondTrust, a leader in identity security, is seeking a Field and Partner Marketing Manager to elevate our footprint in Australia and New Zealand (ANZ). In this role, you'll be a key player in accelerating our regional growth and building strong partnerships.

As the Field and Partner Marketing Manager, you’ll collaborate closely with our Go-to-Market (GTM) team to deliver innovative marketing strategies that directly support ANZ’s business goals. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, APJ, you’ll lead the development and execution of the ANZ Marketing Plan, driving brand visibility and engaging with partners to create a powerful presence in the region. Your work will be essential in expanding our market share while fostering meaningful relationships across the GTM teams.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the end-to-end delivery of the ANZ Marketing Plan, ensuring seamless execution of campaigns that align with regional goals. Collaborate with sales and partners to drive engagement, leverage market opportunities and deliver meaningful results.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, providing regular updates against agreed KPIs
  • Coordinate logistics for regional events and campaigns.
  • Manage our press agency and help identify relevant topics.
  • Build relationships with partners and create joint marketing campaigns.
  • Be at the forefront of innovation and creativity, helping position BeyondTrust as a leading player in the ANZ market.

What You’ll Bring

  • Marketing experience (ANZ region) in a technology company.
  • Strong project management and organisational skills.
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English.
  • Tenacious problem solver.
  • Self-motivated, confident, energetic, and creative.

Nice To Have

  • Cyber security marketing experience, especially identity security.
  • Experience working with teams across global timezones
  • Managing PR agency, including identifying opportunities for topics and rapid response.
  • Working knowledge of PowerBI and Eloqua.
