Due to exciting business growth, we are currently looking for multiple Project Administrators to join our Facilities and Asset Management team to manage facility and capital projects.
These roles are based in Port Melbourne and are initially as 24-month maximum term contract till the end of 2027. This may be extended dependent upon business conditions and individual performance.

About the role
In your role as Project Administrator, dependent on experience you will:
- Evaluate vendor proposals, design and resources commitments
- Coordinate and oversee contractor activities, schedule, site conditions, safety and budget to ensure compliance with standard operating procedures
- Develop, assemble and release work packages
- Create implementation plans by coordinating stakeholders internal and external to the business
- Define customer requirements, collect data and develop preliminary scope of work
- Create layouts and conceptual designs compliant with Boeing and other regulatory standards
- Develop options to ensure facilities modifications are accomplished within project objectives
- Complete and maintain project records and audit ready documentation
- Monitor and coordinate implementation activities including relocations, construction, utility shutdowns, budget management, schedule, and project reviews with various support functions
- Ensure that project implementation meets established quality, cost, schedule targets and regulatory requirements
- Assign priorities and logs requests into work management system in order to document, track, and perform work
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience):
- Previous work experience with facility or equipment projects
- Exposure to facility project, permit to work, LOTO, SWMS, Risk assessments, Australian Standards
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence others
- Strong problem solving skills and able to think on your feet
- Excellent organizational skills with ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Demonstrates understanding of project budget management
- Applicants must have full unrestricted working rights in Australia
Preferred Qualifications (Skills / Experience):
- Qualifications in Construction, Mechanical, Electrical, Project Management, Engineering, or relevant industry experience is highly desired
