- Engineering, Operation, Procurement, Facility部門などと連携して生産設備のパフォーマンスとキャパシティーを監視およびモデル化。将来のキャパシティ予測とパフォーマンスのギャップを特定し, それらのギャップを解決するためのソリューションを提案して, 最適なシステムパフォーマンスを確保する（Area Capacity Planning）
- 生産計画を達成するために必要な設備投資計画の策定及び, 予算化し, 予算内で必要な設備投資が遂行できるように予算を管理する (Capital Planning)
- FAB全体の生産能力, ボトルネックを分析• 特定し, 最も効率のよい生産計画及び投資計画の企画• 立案をする。また計画から実行までの設備導入計画の変更管理を行う（Change Control）
- 複数の関係部署にまたがるプロジェクトがスムーズに計画から実行に移せるように中心となりドライブする (共通)
必須条件：
- 学士号または同等の経験
- エンジニアリングまたはオペレーションで3年以上の経験
- データ分析を使用した意思決定スキル
- 日本語能力 JLTP N2以上
