A bit about your role

The Executive Manager, Enablement & Value Proposition, leads a dynamic function within New Developments, accountable for enablement strategy, value proposition development, and competitive intelligence. This executive role ensures internal and external stakeholders are equipped with scalable tools, training, and collateral to effectively present and deliver nbn’s offerings.

It involves owning the strategic framework that defines and evolves New Developments’ market positioning, while monitoring competitive activity to inform proactive enhancements and defend nbn’s reputation. The role collaborates across sales, delivery, marketing, legal, and industry bodies to align initiatives with business objectives, drive stakeholder engagement, and support long-term growth.

A bit about you

The ideal candidate holds a tertiary qualification in marketing, communications, business management, or a related field, and brings deep expertise in go-to-market execution, enablement strategies, and knowledge management.

They demonstrate advanced skills in change management, project planning, and content development, with a strong ability to translate complex ideas into clear, memorable messages. Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement capabilities are essential, alongside a high level of self-organisation and cross-functional collaboration.
