We have an exciting opportunity at nbn for an Executive Communications and Engagement Coordinator, reporting to the General Manager, Strategic and Employee Communications, and supporting the Chief Corporate Affairs Officer.
A bit about your role
In this role, you will play a key role in supporting the Chief Corporate Affairs Officer and the Strategic and Employee Communications team by ensuring the smooth coordination of internal and external communications activities. You will manage communications calendars, coordinate milestones, and provide high-level executive and administrative support that enables the Corporate Affairs function to operate with clarity, consistency and impact.
You will act as a trusted liaison across Corporate Affairs, Executive Support, and business units, helping to plan and deliver communications that are timely, well-resourced and aligned to strategic priorities. This will include ensuring executives are well-prepared for engagements, with clear run sheets, talking points and contextual information. Your work will support the rhythm of communications across the business, contributing to a culture of connection and purpose. You will also manage diary coordination, travel, agendas and follow-ups for the CCAO, helping to maintain momentum and focus across a dynamic portfolio.
A bit about you
You are a proactive and organised with experience in project support or executive administration within fast-paced environments. You bring strong planning and prioritisation skills and are confident managing multiple deliverables with attention to detail and professionalism. Your ability to work through complex problems, improve processes and respond to changing needs makes you a valued contributor across teams.
You are comfortable using office management tools and have a natural ability to bring structure to dynamic environments. You thrive when working collaboratively and take pride in helping others stay informed, prepared and aligned.
