The role
We’re looking for a dedicated Executive Assistant to help support our Co-Founder. You’ll bring exceptional organisational skills and a proactive mindset. The role sits within our Operations team, and you’ll report directly to our Co-Founder, Alanna Cuda.
You'll work closely with the executive team, department leaders, and other key stakeholders to align schedules, priorities, and administrative functions within the context of our broader business goals and interests.
What you'll do
- Manage and prioritise schedules, meetings, and communications for key executives
- Organise and coordinate company events, travel plans, and logistical arrangements
- Develop, document, and refine administrative processes to improve scalability
- Act as the central point of contact for internal and external inquiries, ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Support executive decision-making by preparing reports, presentations, and data summaries

- Strong communication skills: You can effectively communicate with diverse groups, whether through concise email correspondence, clear documentation, or polished presentations.
- Administrative expertise: You bring a methodical and structured approach to calendar management, documentation, and task coordination, ensuring operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Bonus skills
- Experience working in a creative or technology-driven organisation and familiarity with project management tools and practices, event planning or coordination experience
What to expect in the first 6–12 months
- Complete the Procreate onboarding process and get to know your colleagues
- Develop a strong understanding of our organisational structure, priorities, and culture
- Build relationships with key stakeholders and team members
- Streamline and document administrative processes to enhance team efficiency
- Provide consistent and reliable support to the Co-founder and other executives while contributing to broader operational success
