About the Role

As the Executive Assistant to the General Manager, Claims Services, you’ll provide high-level administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of daily activities. Acting as a key point of contact, you’ll manage schedules, coordinate tasks, and handle communications, enabling the General Manager to focus on strategic priorities.

Your ability to anticipate needs, solve problems, and streamline processes will be critical to ensuring the success of the Claims team.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage the General Manager’s diary, ensuring time is allocated effectively for key priorities.
  • Prepare agendas, minutes, and action items for meetings and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Act as the first point of contact for correspondence, inquiries, and urgent matters.
  • Coordinate travel, training, and events for the Claims Management team.
  • Track and manage critical deadlines, ensuring all commitments are met.
  • Reconcile corporate card expenses and support budget-related activities.
  • Foster collaboration across teams by building strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows and processes for greater efficiency.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior leadership in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong background in managing multiple priorities and stakeholders effectively.
  • Expert proficiency in MS Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Exceptional organisational and time management abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with a collaborative approach.
  • High attention to detail and ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and adaptable in evolving environments.
  • Positive and approachable demeanour, with excellent communication skills.
