·         Operational support for certified Network Printers / Scanners / MFPs / Plotters / Label Printers / Tag Printers using proxy network

·         Loading/Reloading of PCs with Customer standard image for deployment.

·         operational support for disaster recovery and BCP emergency response activities in the event of emergency situations and annual testing requirements at local sites
