Lead PeopleSoft HCM technical activities, including Core HR, ESS, MSS, Workforce Administration, PeopleTools development, security, workflow, reporting, data migration, and PUM upgrades. The role also involves peer code reviews, quality processes, team leadership, stakeholder management, and independently coordinating work across multiple stakeholders.
Essential Skills • Good understanding of PeopleSoft HCM (Core HR process) & modules like ESS, MSS & Workforce Administration • Proficient in PeopleTools (8.5X & above) - Application Designer, Application Engine, Component Interface, Security Administrator, Data Mover, Workflow, PS Query, PS Job Processes, Data Migration Activity • Experience/Knowledge of new PeopleSoft Features like Event Mapping, Page and Field Configurator, Activity Guides and Drop-zones • Experience of Peoplesoft Security system • Experience of PUM Image Upgrades • Reporting tools like SQR, BI Publisher. • Managing team & stakeholder’s expectations. • Experience in Peer Code review and Quality processes. • Self-driven, ability to work independently • Clear communication, ability to work with multiple stakeholders
