Provide hands-on PeopleSoft FSCM production support, analyze and prioritize incidents against SLAs, and support Finance modules including AP, PO, GL, AM, AR, and Billing. Design, develop, and test enhancements, reports, and interfaces using PeopleTools, SQR, Application Engine, and BI Publisher. Configure PeopleSoft components and security, prepare technical designs, conduct peer code reviews, and participate in UAT and unit testing.
�Hands on with FSCM support issues and 8+ years strong experience in Support activities �Analyze the issues and priorities of support calls to meet the SLA.�Understand the core Peoplesoft Finance process�Functional knowledge of following module AP, PO, GL, AM, AR, Billing�Knowledge of Latest PUM features and Peopletools�UAT, Unite testing experience �Good analytical and problem solving skills �Design, Development and Unit Testing of Enhancements in PeopleSoft FSCM.�Create and modify Components, File Layouts, Pages, Records, Fields, Process Definitions and registering Components in Portal, Menu and Permission Lists as per requirements.�Create new reports, Interfaces (SQR/Application Engine), BI Publisher as per the requirements.�Prepare technical design. �Perform peer code review.
