Join Our Team as an EOFY Tax Administrator – Melbourne & Sydney
Are you a detail-oriented finance professional with a passion for precision and performance? We’re looking for experienced EOFY Tax Administrators to support critical tax operations in our Melbourne and Sydney offices during the End of Financial Year period.
In this role, you'll take ownership of key tax administration tasks, including gathering and reconciling tax statements to holding positions, and updating performance metrics. Your ability to influence outcomes, negotiate effectively, and build strong working relationships will be as important as your technical skills.
We value candidates with advanced Excel capabilities, in-depth knowledge of Australian financial markets, and a keen eye for detail.
Please note these are temporary contracts between 3 - 6 months commencing June and July.
What you'll do
- Contacting Registries and Fund Managers to obtain relevant tax statements.
- Reconciling tax statements to holding positions.
- Reprocessing tax calculations in either IPS, HUB or GWP.
- Updating various metrics to monitor performance.
- General adhoc administrative tasks as required.
What you need
- Understanding of the Australian Financial Markets
- Understanding of Australian tax
- Understanding of Australian dividend process
- Medium to advanced excel skills
- Excellent data entry skills
