We're hiring an Enterprise Solutions Strategist with a focus in Enterprise Strategy & Planning to join our Advisory Services Delivery team. You will report to a Delivery Manager in the Solutions Delivery part of the Advisory Services organisation. Atlassian Enterprise Solutions Strategists (ESSs) are technology and process champions, delivering solutions guidance to drive customer value realisation for clients that have purchased Advisory Services from Atlassian. Enterprise Solutions Strategists demonstrate solution expertise to frame the customer's strategic direction and craft solutions to realise customer value. They partner with Enterprise Technical Architects to provide the solutions and recommendations to help the customer achieve their desired outcomes and goals.

On day one, you'll get to

  • Partner with customers to solve Strategic Planning problems and achieve business goals using Atlassian solutions and products
  • Build relationships with leadership within customer accounts with the overarching goal to understand their business, goals, and strategy to help support Atlassian's engagement and roadmap within the account
  • Reach into all parts of Atlassian to advocate for and facilitate a deeper level of engagement with our largest enterprise customers
  • Create solution content to support customer goals and outcomes
  • Cultivate deep industry expertise in Agile at Scale, staying up-to-date with evolving practices that support different types of teams
  • Use your expertise to unlock the potential of customer teams and Atlassian teams alike
  • Collaborate with Atlassian Enterprise Engagement Managers, Enterprise Technical Architects, and other internal and external Partner teams to support the client
  • Help identify opportunities for service and tool expansion within a client organisation
  • Could spend up to 30% of your time travelling domestically, and in some cases internationally, for both internal and customer-facing events


On your first day we'll expect you to have

  • Overall comfort with technology including the ability to collaboratively design and configure business solutions using Atlassian's software solutions
  • You will showcase previous capability in discovering customer Agile at Scale, team agile practices and agile anti-patterns providing guidance on the organisational, operational and delivery dysfunction
  • Expertise in mapping customer operational practices to product capabilities and design solutions that reinforce their desired scaled Agile methodology
  • Deliver successful Agile at Scale tool implementation, deployment, integration, enablement and adoption outcomes into our customer's environment through guidebooks and blueprints
  • You will be able to speak comfortably and switch between Strategy and technical conversations - not getting stuck in the weeds
  • Ability to think holistically about solutions, Our System of Work, and identify opportunities to increase our footprint with customers
  • Customer discovery/interview skills with experience identifying and explaining themes from customer data
  • You will have the ability to move between coaching practices and teaching our customers how to use our tools to facilitate those practices
  • Change management and solution rollout/adoption & providing training experience
  • Track record of helping organisations adopt an Atlassian product or similar product
  • Have a working knowledge of SQL, report development, and APIs


It's great if you have, but not required

  • Cross-team collaboration on projects, engaging with Sales, Product, Support, and other teams
  • Prior engagement working with large customers in a consulting or technical expert capacity
  • Experience within SaaS companies
