Job DescriptionAs SEEK evolves its product and commercial ecosystem across APAC, this role plays a pivotal part in shaping the technology foundations of SEEK’s marketplace. You’ll shape SEEK’s medium term technology strategies and roadmaps, working closely with a wide range of strategy, product, architecture & technology leaders.
What you’ll be doing
- Shape SEEK’s medium-term architecture for SEEK’s core marketplace experiences — candidate discovery, hirer engagement, and commercial enablement
- Lead our “future-back” architecture planning engagements to shape tech investment direction in partnership with senior leaders
- Surface and explore complex cross-organisational challenges, connecting the dots across strategy, product, sales, architecture and engineering teams
- Provide advice on ambiguous and complex high-impact ideas and opportunities to senior leaders
- Develop concise effective models that surface common understanding of key challenges, implications and future direction
- Develop blueprints and roadmaps that support product & commercial planning, sequencing and delivery enablement

Qualifications- Significant experience in architecture leadership roles with enterprise-wide impact
- Strong experience with technology strategy, blueprint development & roadmap planning across complex landscapes,
- Ability to connect and integrated product, commercial and platform strategies
- Executive stakeholder engagement with effective engagement of diverse product and commercial leaders
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to translate business needs into tech direction
- Collaborative, thoughtful and pragmatic – with a bias for simplicity and action
