Your Mission:

As our Enterprise Account Manager, you'll be right at the heart of EROAD's business, driving growth and renewals across our diverse customer portfolio. You'll play a crucial role in expanding EROAD's reach, nurturing existing accounts, and finding new opportunities through strategic account management and close collaboration with our sales operations team. Your mission is to deliver intelligence you can trust, helping EROAD make the world a better place.

 

Take on an exciting role with interstate travel, offering you frequent opportunities to be on the move. You'll be working closely with our existing customers, focusing on upselling and cross-selling, building strong relationships, and ensuring they get top-notch service and innovative solutions. Our industry moves fast, and so do we. You'll need to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and apply them effectively, ensuring our customers stay ahead with the latest advancements.

 

What we're looking for:

  • 3-5 years of proven experience in a similar role, ideally with some knowledge of the transport industry and passion for technology.
  • An unstoppable drive for excellence and a fearless approach to new challenges.
  • Great communication skills that make interactions smooth and collaboration easy.
  • Proactive individuals who can spot opportunities and act on them confidently and creatively.
  • The ability to build and nurture authentic relationships.
  • Experience with Salesforce would be a bonus.
  • A customer-focused approach and a passion for working with customers to ensure their success with us.
  • Thriving in a high-performing, fast-paced environment and being a systematic problem solver.
