Why you'll love this opportunity as an Enterprise Account Director at Civica
As an Enterprise Account Director, you’ll play a key role in driving both strategic growth and new business development across Civica’s enterprise education portfolio. This is a role that blends high-impact relationship management with market expansion, focusing on both existing enterprise accounts and new opportunities.
You’ll act as a trusted advisor to Civica’s most complex clients, ensuring our solutions align with their long-term goals, while also leading the charge in winning new business and securing new logos.
What you’ll be doing:
- New business development – Identify, target, and secure high-value opportunities within the education sector.
- Lead and close complex enterprise-level deals – including multi-year contracts and cross-portfolio solution sales.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline – through direct outreach, networking, industry events, and targeted campaigns.
- Act as an executive sponsor for major accounts, ensuring Civica delivers against client strategic objectives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally – working with marketing, product, and delivery teams to execute go-to-market strategies that drive both retention and acquisition.
- Track and report performance – against sales targets, pipeline health, and emerging market trends.
What you'll do to be successful in the role
- Knowledge & Application – Deep understanding of enterprise software sales, education technology market.
- Complexity & Problem Solving – Proven ability to navigate complex enterprise sales cycles, multi stakeholder environments, and long-term account planning.
- Collaboration & Interaction – Strong cross functional leadership, influencing skills, and ability to build trusted C suite relationships.
- Proven track record in both new business acquisition and strategic account growth within SaaS and enterprise solutions.
- Executive level presentation and negotiation skills.
- Ability to translate complex solutions into compelling value propositions for senior decision makers.
