As an Engineering Manager with fullstack experience, you’ll lead a team of capable engineers, guiding them through design, development, and delivery. You’ll foster a culture of ownership, customer obsession, and technical excellence, while remaining close to the code and architecture. You’ll work with modern technologies and frameworks including .NET Core, Next.js, AWS, Microservices, Containerisation, and Gen AI.

Programming Languages & Frameworks: C#, TypeScript, JavaScript
Architecture & Infrastructure: Cloud Platforms (AWS), Microservices Architecture, Kubernetes/Docker for Containerisation
Databases: SQL & NoSQL
Design & Development: System & Solution Design, Translating business requirements into technical designs
Observability & Monitoring: Grafana, Prometheus, Logging and Monitoring Best Practices, Defining SLOs and SLIs
CI/CD & DevOps: GitHub Actions, TeamCity, Octopus Deploy
Testing: BlazeMeter, K6, Playwright, Unit, Component, Integration, and E2E testing
