We’re now looking for a passionate Engineer to join our Product Engineering team. This is a role for engineers who care deeply about quality, enjoy solving complex problems, and want to build software that makes a real impact for clients, while continuing to grow their craft in a supportive, high-performing environment.

Some of the amazing things you’ll be involved in

• Building, enhancing and supporting high quality, resilient software across its full lifecycle, from design to production

• Writing clean, maintainable code with quality built in, including testing, observability, security and automation

• Collaborating with Product, Engineering and Platform teams to design and deliver scalable solutions

• Supporting software in production by investigating issues, identifying root causes and driving improvements

• Working in agile, cross-functional teams to deliver outcomes that matter to clients and the business

• Sharing knowledge, reducing key-person risk and contributing to a strong engineering culture
  Continuously learning and developing your technical skills while supporting the growth of others

What you will bring

• Experience working as an engineer within collaborative, agile teams

• A curiosity led, growth oriented mindset and a willingness to learn and adapt

• Experience building and supporting software in production environments

• Familiarity with modern engineering practices such as automated testing, continuous delivery and observability

• Experience with backend and/or frontend technologies (for example Python, Java/JVM, Typescript or modern web frameworks)

• A thoughtful approach to problem solving and software design

• Clear, respectful communication and a collaborative way of working
  A focus on outcomes and a genuine care for the people who use what you build
