Key Responsibilities

As a Manufacturing Engineer at Micron, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our manufacturing processes are flawless. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Crafting, implementing, and optimizing manufacturing processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Manage and mentor a team of associates in successfully running and  executing all the KPI’s - Production target / Cycle Time/WIP reduction.
  • Conducting regular assessments of production lines to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions that improve product quality and safety.
  • Applying data analysis to determine and address production issues promptly.
  • Developing and maintaining documentation for all manufacturing processes and procedures.
  • Training and mentoring production staff on new technologies and standard methodologies.
  • Ensuring compliance with all safety, health, and environmental regulations.
Required Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience of 1-2 years in a manufacturing  role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft office and other engineering tools.
  • A deep understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles.
  • The ability to strictly adhere to safety and quality standards.
