Job DescriptionThe Role
This role sits within the APAC Enablement team, Strategy, Planning & Content and reports to the Senior Enablement Manager APAC, Strategy, Planning & Content. The Enablement Lead, APAC Product is responsible for managing the intake process for new enablement requests, project planning, and execution of product-related enablement initiatives across APAC markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and manage structured intake processes for new enablement requests, evaluating business impact and aligning with strategic priorities
- Create comprehensive project plans with clear timelines, resource requirements, and dependencies for all product-related enablement initiatives
- Conduct thorough training needs analysis for product launches and enhancements to identify required support
- Implement effective project management methodologies, track deliverables, manage risks, and ensure quality standards are met
- Facilitate regular communication with product teams, sales leadership, and market stakeholders to align on priorities and provide project status updates
- Collaborate on the development of product-specific learning architectures that reflect the sales process and customer engagement model
- Establish KPIs and success metrics for product enablement initiatives and report on effectiveness and business impact
- Identify and pilot new approaches for product enablement delivery that improve knowledge retention and application in customer situations
- Serve as the central point of contact between product teams, enablement content creators, and regional sales leaders
Essential Qualifications, Skills and Experience
- Experience in product enablement, training, or related field supporting commercial functions • Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Understanding of sales processes and customer engagement models
- Experience conducting training needs analysis and designing learning solutions
- Ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders at various levels
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Analytical mindset with ability to establish and track meaningful metrics
- Knowledge of APAC markets and cultural considerations preferred
- Familiarity with learning technologies and platform
