Job DescriptionYou will provide comprehensive operational and administrative support for enablement initiatives across the APAC region, reporting to the Enablement Manager, APAC Adoption & Support. This role combines strategic event management with program coordination, where you will ensure smooth execution and effective communication across all enablement activities.
You will take ownership of the ANZ Sales Conference and Reward and Recognition programs whilst supporting broader APAC enablement initiatives. Your responsibilities include coordinating logistical elements, maintaining participant records, and managing all training materials and communications. You will work with virtual platforms and training technology to deliver seamless participant experiences. Success in this role means enablement programs run flawlessly, participants receive exceptional support, and leadership has clear visibility into program effectiveness and outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate venue setup, materials distribution, and presenter availability for enablement events
- Maintain accurate participant records, attendance tracking, and certification status across ANZ
- Create and distribute program announcements, invitations, and follow-up communications
- Compile participant feedback, assessment results, and program metrics into leadership reports
- Process invoices, track expenses, and maintain financial documentation for enablement activities
- Ensure proper functioning of training technology including virtual platforms and AV equipment
- Execute recognition initiatives including certificate production and celebration event logistics
- Experience in event coordination, program administration, or operational support roles
- Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Proficiency with MS Office suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Experience coordinating logistics across multiple locations or markets
- Basic financial and budget tracking capabilities
- Experience with learning platforms or event management systems preferred
