We’re looking for 2x Educational Content Editors (Secondary Mathematics) to join our Content team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in transforming mathematics resources into engaging lessons and assessments for teachers and students on the EP platform. Working in a collaborative, cross-functional team you’ll ensure our content meets high standards of design, pedagogy and quality, helping us deliver world class learning experiences.
This position is initially offered as a 3 month fixed term contract, with the potential to extend.
What you will do
- Edit, peer check and publish mathematics content to meet EP’s design and quality standards
- Manage graphic design requests and integrate visual elements into lessons and assessments
- Oversee the publishing process of educational content, ensuring timely and accurate delivery
- Collaborate with writers, editors and designers to deliver high quality resources
- Support external contractors by providing training, feedback and quality guidance
- Respond to teacher and internal staff feedback about content on the platform
- Contribute to design and quality improvement projects and process enhancements
- Audit content, participate in user testing and provide input on product improvements
About you
- Strong subject matter expertise in secondary level Mathematics
- Sharp attention to detail with a commitment to quality and consistency
- Understanding of pedagogy and instructional design principles
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to maintain professional relationships
- Comfortable providing training and feedback to team members and contractors
- Highly adaptable, able to multi-task and prioritise across different projects
- A collaborative team player with a continuous improvement mindset
