We're looking for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology and customer success—someone who can lead software implementations, manage releases and training, and work closely with stakeholders to ensure everything runs smoothly.
As an Education Consultant at Civica, you’ll deliver top-notch professional services to clients across Australia. You'll play a key role in configuring solutions, managing multiple implementations, and bringing your expertise in Release Automation to the table.
This role demands excellent time management, priority juggling, and a strong customer-first mindset. Some travel may be required to deliver on-site support and create an exceptional client experience.

What you will do to be successful in this role
- Share valuable insights on how customers are utilizing the software and suggest areas for enhancement to the Project Manager, Account Manager, and Product Team Leader, fostering greater engagement with our products among the customer base.
- Serve as a key internal subject matter expert (SME) on timetabling practices and software.
- Provide support in addressing escalated (Level 3+) support tickets.
- Assist the Warranty, Support, and Consulting Teams in investigating and resolving implementation and product-related issues as necessary.

- Proficiency in SQL scripting and familiarity with tools such as GitHub, ADO, and Azure
- Demonstrated ability to meet project objectives as per agreed timelines
