The Enterprise Corporate Sales (ECS) Account Executive is responsible for managing a high volume of smaller-scale opportunities within enterprise public sector clients. This role is ideal for individuals looking to develop their enterprise sales experience by working closely with our most seasoned sales executives. With a collaborative sales model and a supportive environment, this is an excellent opportunity to accelerate your sales career.

In addition to your own business development efforts, you will be supported by a wide range of resources, including internal sales support and highly skilled solution engineers. What You’ll Be Doing

  • Exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by selling Salesforce solutions into ECS accounts within a defined portfolio of public sector organisations.

  • Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to close, ensuring delivery against key performance metrics. Focus on both new business development and expanding existing accounts.

  • Identify and research key accounts and public sector verticals to develop a targeted go-to-market strategy and generate qualified opportunities.

  • Build a strong pipeline through a combination of outbound activities including cold calling, email campaigns, and leveraging public sector insights.

  • Maintain an accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline to support consistent overachievement.

  • Engage with prospective organisations using value-based selling techniques, including business case development, ROI analysis, customer references, and industry data.

  • Collaborate with internal teams such as Sales Engineers, Professional Services, Executives, and Partners to manage the entire sales process.

  • Deliver short-term results while maintaining a long-term view to maximise overall revenue growth.

  • Ensure all customer and pipeline data is accurately updated in Salesforce.

  • Provide accurate monthly forecasts and revenue reporting.
     

About You:

  • Extensive experience selling enterprise software solutions, ideally within a major technology vendor

  • Proven track record of securing new business and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets

  • Skilled in managing complex sales cycles and closing high-impact deals

  • Passionate about working with government and public sector organisations, with an understanding of their unique challenges and opportunities

  • Comfortable engaging stakeholders at all levels, including C-level executives and senior government leaders

  • Experience selling CRM solutions or working within the public sector vertical is highly valued

  • Demonstrated commitment and stability in previous roles

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
