Summary
The Ecommerce Chanel Manager will lead the execution of New Zealand ecommerce strategy with key retail partners across both bricks and clicks, including but not limited to Wooloworths, Foodstuffs North Island & Foodstuffs South Island. They will also lead the quick commerce channels across Australia and New Zealand including but not limited to Doordash, Milkrun and Uber Eats.
Key responsibilities
- Lead execution of New Zealand eCommerce strategy with key retail partners across Brick s and Click s , including but not limited to Woolworths, Foodstuffs North Island, Foodstuffs South Island
- Strategic projects with key retail partners to drive Kraft Heinz sales performance.
- Tracking, measurement, and optimisation of digital shelf (including availability, ratings and reviews, content and share of search), digital retail media activations, key campaigns, and consumer experience.
- Execution of internal processes, rituals and routines with eCommerce team and look for ways to drive efficiency.
- Test and learn initiatives to drive iterative improvement.
- Management of eCommerce budget including planning and reconciliation.
- Cross functional relationships (sales, marketing, category management, supply) to deliver 360 omnichannel growth strategies.
- Build and deliver key training programs for eCommerce teams and cross-functional stakeholders on eComm capabilities and any tools to be used.
- Analysis and reviews of the current strategies and technologies in place and provide recommendations for improvement and optimisation.
- Develop business cases through an iterative test and learn approach, and clearly communicate findings to both internal and external stakeholders to drive sales and improve the online shopping experience in Australia.
- Create and monitor data reports to analyse trends to highlight opportunities and address risks to the Kraft Heinz portfolio.
- Work closely with internal partners to ensure stock availability meets planned promotions and sales strategies.
- Perform assigned tasks in accordance with all Kraft Heinz Food Safety, Environmental, Health and Safety, and Ethical and Human Resources policies, programs, and goals.
- Uphold the Kraft Heinz values and to work in a way that contributes to the company's vision.
- Support building of long-term Australian eCommerce strategy and 10YP.
- Building relationship with global eCommerce team to share best practice and cascade internally as appropriate .
- Develop strong relationships with online-only retailers and marketplaces as well as third party suppliers with the views to optimise the customer experience and drive online sales.
- Troubleshoot technical issues.
- Coach and mentor up and coming talent to be leaders of tomorrow.
About you
- Bachelor's degree in related business fields
- A background in Retail/FMCG with knowledge across both sales and marketing
- Demonstrated experience of taking responsibility for online channels and self-motivated team member
- Understanding of eCommerce path to purchase considerations and optimising opportunities that deliver improved shopper experiences and commercial outcomes
- Strong communicator with knowledge of the digital space
- Demonstrated analytical skills and forecasting/planning abilities
- Experience of using insights to influence and drive decision making
- Demonstrated track record driving growth across online channels through online retailers and/or direct eCommerce platforms;
- Strong technical knowledge
- A strong understanding of website optimization
