About the role:

As an eCommerce Analyst, you’ll play a key role in turning data into insights that drive smarter decisions and better outcomes for customers, suppliers, and our team.

Working within our customer and sales team, you’ll explore data from across our online channels, uncover trends, and help shape strategies that improve the customer experience and operational performance.

This role combines curiosity with impact where your work directly influences how millions of people shop with us.

What’s involved:

  • Analyse performance across our digital channels and uncover opportunities to improve the customer journey.

  • Create clear, actionable dashboards and reports that tell the story behind the numbers.

  • Collaborate with teams across operations, supply chain, and marketing to deliver insights that make a real impact.

  • Support weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting on traffic, conversion, and fulfilment metrics.

  • Work with multiple data sources to provide end-to-end insights on customer behaviour and operational performance.

About you:

You’re naturally curious and love solving problems with data. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working collaboratively with others to achieve great results.

You’re confident translating complex information into clear, actionable insights and can communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

You’ll need:

  • Experience in eCommerce analytics or a similar data-focused role

  • Strong skills in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and BI platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)

  • Advanced Excel skills for quick analysis and reporting

  • Ability to manipulate and synthesise data from multiple sources, including qualitative insights tools (e.g., Medallia, Qualtrics)

  • Excellent communication skills to influence and engage stakeholders

  • A proactive mindset and the ability to manage priorities in a dynamic environment
