At EatClub, we believe restaurants and bars are the beating heart of every city’s culture. Whether it's discovering a hidden gem, grabbing a late-night takeaway, or meeting friends for a drink, our mission is simple: help the hospitality industry thrive through smart, powerful tech.
Our platform helps over 2 million customers discover top restaurants and access real-time deals that save them up to 50% off the bill. We empower more than 5,000 venues to fill empty tables, increase foot traffic, and maximise revenue.

Sales

  • Business Development Manager - You hunt. You find new venues, build relationships fast, and close. You are comfortable in the field, comfortable with rejection, and you celebrate your wins. Field-first, high-output, target-driven. 
  • Account Manager - You grow what is already there. You protect revenue, deepen relationships, and find commercial upside where others see maintenance. Commercially sharp and customer-focused - not because you are told to be, but because it is how you win. 

Product&Tech

  • Engineering - You just don’t write code; you are thinking of a scale-up solution, care about craft, love using AI and want to work in a fast-moving environment where your decisions actually matter. We value people who are passionate about what they build, not just how they build it. Sydney-based, with flexibility.
  • Product - You act as a startup founder, thinking in outcomes, not features. You move fast, make trade-offs clearly, and bring people with you. Zero-to-one experience is a strong signal. Sydney-preferred.

Customer Experience - You care about people, genuinely. You set boundaries, solve problems, and create the kind of experience that makes customers stay, and you always have an idea of how to improve operations. 

Marketing - You are creative and commercial. You build things that work, measure what matters, and treat brand as a business asset. 

Finance + Operations - You bring rigour without bureaucracy. You help the business run well, make smart decisions, and scale without breaking. Sydney-based.
