About the RoleAs our E-commerce Operations Manager, you’ll work behind the scenes to help streamline and manage our day-to-day business operations. With a strong focus on Amazon, you’ll take control of the back-end operations of our store, monitor KPIs, and oversee everything from inventory to troubleshooting operational issues.
The E-commerce Operations Manager will play a key role in communicating with suppliers and logistics partners, coordinating with marketing and service agencies, and identifying gaps or inefficiencies in daily operations.
You’ll need strong strategic thinking skills and an operational mindset. We’re looking for someone who can take the initiative and work autonomously to make sure everything runs like clockwork behind the scenes.

As our E-commerce Operations Manager, you need to be a problem-solver with a flair for strategic thinking and an operational mindset. A keen eye for detail and strong organizational skills are must-haves for this role.
You should have a background in (or an in-depth understanding of) the Amazon platform (including Amazon Seller Central), e-commerce operational tools, and spreadsheets. You’ll need to be able to work autonomously in a remote environment and deliver consistent results.

Key requirements:The E-commerce Operations Manager position has the following key requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in an e-commerce operations or Amazon store management role
- Proven track record of managing product listings, logistics, and third-party coordination
- Familiarity with e-commerce tools and dashboards (Amazon Seller Central, inventory management platforms, etc.)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (You must be fluent in English, although English doesn't have to be your native language)
- An ability to manage multiple tasks, projects, and priorities while staying organized and focused
- Strong problem-solving abilities, keen attention to detail, and excellent time-management skills
- An ability to work autonomously and independently while taking ownership of your work
- Being comfortable with building and nurturing relationships, while having the resilience to handle rejection professionally without it affecting your work quality
